       Conference announcement and first call for papers

ICEE is an annual international conference which explores current research advances in various fields of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The fourth conference will be held on the campus of the University of Tehran located in central Tehran. Major topics include, but are not limited to the following:

The program committee invites potential authors to submit original, unpublished, full papers describing their recent work. In full paper submittals describe the nature of research and work, explain its significance, highlight novel features, and present its contribution of the field of ECE. On the title page please indicate title, name, Email address, affiliations of all authors, and an abstract of 60 words or less. Topic of the conference that most closely relates to the paper must also appear on the title page.

Please identify a contact author and include a complete mailing address, phone number, fax number and Email address. Papers can be submitted by mail or Email. For regular hard copy submittals please include four complete papers. For Email submittals, please send uuencoded, postscript file. Submissions are due no later than October 23, 1995 ( Aban 1, 1374 ).

The conference also includes tutorials and panel discussions. Proposals for special sessions, panel discussion, and tutorials should be submitted to the program chair no later than September 15, 1995 ( Shahrivar 24, 1374 ). Exhibition of software, tools and equipment related to Electrical and Computer Engineering runs in parallel with the conference. For more information in this regard please contact the program chair.

Authors will be notified of the disposition of their papers by January 21, 1996 ( Bahman 1, 1374). The submission of full papers to be considered is an acceptance by the author to present the paper if it is accepted. The authors of accepted papers will be notified by Email to submit final camera-ready papers. To be included in the proceedings, complete camera-ready papers should be received no later than February 20, 1996 ( Esfand 1, 1374 ).
