Hi All,

I'm rescheduling the first resume workshop to tomorrow (Wed 11th). Mahshid has a lot of useful information that she would like to share. We may have a follow-up next week. It will be approximately at 7:00. I'll let you know the complex name later.

Hedieh, Fariba Hakam and Mahshid have shown interest in helping with the session. Cynthia is available in a couple of weeks. So if you would like to join, let me know. Maybe we can carpool. Also bring all related material.

Agenda

Help both professionals and non-professionals market themselves for jobs in the bay area. Among things that we would like to do are:

• Give a brief intorduction on different job markets, where to look for opportunities, and competition here in the US.
• Ask people to write down their qualifications, work experience, education and objectives.
• Using the examples of well-done resumes, help them write one out.
